In 2009, Deir Ammar was founded by its owner Mr. Hayssam DAKKAK in Tripoli, North Lebanon. Its various activities are managed by a very highly experienced staff in order to satisfy all the needs of our customers from the entire world.
The mission of the company is to deliver the best quality of scrap materials in order to satisfy all the needs and requirements of its customers.
What We Do
Collecting
The materials will be collecting from our trustful customers from all Lebanon. Deir Ammar For International Company's level of collecting depends from month to month. Deir Ammar handle more than 80,000 mt per year of ferrous materials exported to different countries in the world.
Purifying
All the collected materials should be purified and cleaned from all the non-accepted items according to the customers' requirements in order to be presented in the best image.
Cutting
All the materials exported should meet the contract descriptions. For this reason, Deir Ammar office is very well equipped with advanced machines with very professional workers.
Loading
Deir Ammar is very careful about the loading process from its different yards to be loaded in the vessels from the port. This issue is handled by its experienced staff and by recruiting the best inspection company to be present during the whole process.

Mr. Ayman ASHRY, new CEO for ARCO STEEL Factory in Egypt accompanied by our partner Mr. Amr GAZARIN from Gazarin group in Egypt were highly welcomed by Deir Ammar For International Trading Company’s team directed by Mr. Hayssam EL Dakak.
The visit was so fruitful in terms of collaboration & business. Both parties agreed to enhance the cooperation between both companies by increasing the deals & contracts with respecting all the terms & conditions.
A delegation from Deir Ammar For Scrap Company headed by its owner Mr. Hayssam DAKKAK had visited its partners in Greece : Sidenor Steel Industry S.A, Sovel Hellenic Processing Company S.A , Hellenic Halyvourgia S.A.
The ambiance of the visits was so satisfied from both parties.
The members of the delegation took a detailed look on all the process of work in these main industries in Greece.
All the comments were discussed in order to serve the best quality of materials & administration.
